Pro/FICIENCY Assessments
PTC Pro/FICIENCY is a Web-Based, MCAD skills assessment and development-planning tool that will help improve the skills and productivity of your software users.  It provides a user-friendly experience and generates useful reports regarding one's abilities.

As a skills assessment, Pro/FICIENCY offers three types of assessments:
1)  Candidate Screening Assessments
     Tools to help you in hiring potential candidates.
2)  Course Checkpoints
     An exercise to determine knowledge strengths, skills and improvement areas based on a
     specific course.  It helps users understand whether they have mastered the material covered
     in a given course before moving to the next course in the section.
3)  Benchmarking Assessments
     Assess the profile of the capabilities of a given user or organization.  Users and managers can
     jointly develop a process based on the strengths and weaknesses identified in the evaluation.

Need to test the Pro/ENGINEER knowledge of your current employees or screen a new one?  The Pro/FICIENCY add-on is the ultimate training and assessment tool.  Employees can take a standard benchmark assessment that includes multiple-choice questions and Performance Questions.  Performance Questions are hands-on tasks actually completed in Pro/E and then uploaded to a PTC server for instant grading!  You can also develop your own assessments from choosing from over 2500 questions or develop your own questions! After the assessment is completed, specific training courses will be recommended to teach the knowledge the user needs help with.
